Savory Italian Tart

Ingredients:
1 package puff pastry dough
400 gr ground beef
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Roll puff pastry into a circle approximately 33-35 sm wide. Press dough into an 30-sm tart pan. Place a piece of parchment paper over the dough and fill with dried beans or pie beads. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks, until the meat is no longer pink, about 7 minutes. Add the tomatoes, garlic, basil, pepper, salt and cheese.
In separate bowl, whisk the eggs, cream and milk together. Combine both mixtures and mix.
Pour into the baked shell and bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 180ºC. Bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until egg mixture is set and golden. Cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
