BURGERS ZUCCHINI

Ingredients:

two zucchini
(1) Carrot
2 eggs
forty grams of breadcrumbs
sixty grams of mozzarella cheese
flour, two tablespoons
thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
frying with olive oil

Indications:

  1. Wash, grate, and then squeeze the zucchini to get rid of extra water.
    Grate the carrots as well.
  2. Next, combine the eggs, mozzarella cheese, a dash of salt, fresh thyme, garlic powder, flour, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Give everything a good stir to combine.
  4. Create some fritters using two spoons and cook them in heated oil in a pan.
    6.Cook until both sides are golden brown over low heat.
