INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar (or brown sugar monkfruit if keto)
- 1/2 tablespoon EACH chili powder and paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds chicken legs approximately 6
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce*
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the spices in a small bowl or jar, and mix well.

Add the drumsticks to a bowl and toss with olive oil and spices, coat well.

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F for 3 minutes.

Add the coated drumsticks to the air fryer and lower the temperature to 380 degrees F cook the chicken for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for 3 more minutes.

Open the air fryer, brush the drumsticks with BBQ sauce, and air fry for 2-3 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
