Ingredients:
2 flour tortillas
1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Cook the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender and slightly charred. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Assemble the Wrap: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Layer with cooked beef, broccoli, and both cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Grill the Wrap: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing down slightly, until the cheese is melted and the wrap is golden and crispy.
Serve: Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and garnish with fresh parsley.
