Ingredients:
1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz)
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
3-4 fresh figs, halved (or dried figs if fresh unavailable)

2 tbsp honey
Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
Crackers or baguette slices, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
