Rich, creamy brie topped with roasted pears, figs, and walnuts, drizzled with honey, and garnished with thyme for a festive, cozy appetizer! Perfect for special occasions and holiday gatherings.

Ingredients:


1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz)
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
3-4 fresh figs, halved (or dried figs if fresh unavailable)
1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
2 tbsp honey
Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
Crackers or baguette slices, for serving


Instructions:


1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Prepare the Brie:

Place the brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking dish or an oven-safe serving board.
3️⃣ Arrange Fruits & Nuts:

Top the brie with pear slices, fig halves, and chopped walnuts.
4️⃣ Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie becomes soft, creamy, and just begins to melt.
5️⃣ Drizzle with Honey & Garnish:

Remove the brie from the oven and drizzle generously with honey.
