A creamy and refreshing treat, this homemade peach ice cream captures the sweet, juicy flavor of fresh peaches in every bite. Perfect for a summer day or a special dessert!

Ingredients:

2 pounds fresh peaches (peeled, pitted, and chopped)
1 cup white sugar
1 pint half-and-half cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whole milk (or as needed)
Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Peaches:

Dice the peaches and mix with sugar in a bowl. Let the mixture sit while you prepare the rest of the

ingredients.

2️⃣ Make the Ice Cream Base:

In a separate bowl, combine the half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
3️⃣ Mix the Ingredients:

Stir in the peach and sugar mixture into the milk mixture until well combined.
4️⃣ Freeze the Ice Cream:

Pour the mixture into your ice cream freezer container. Add enough whole milk to fill the container to the fill line, about 2 cups.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to freeze the ice cream.
For quicker hardening, you can cool the container before adding the mixture.
